Winner does not need to be present to win. The raffle will be held on October 4, 2010 during the Pink Ribbons luncheon sponsored by Belk and Georgia Plastic Surgery. Per IRS ruling, the purchase of a raffle ticket is not considered a charitable contribution and does not qualify for tax-deductible charitable contribution. There are no limits on the number of tickets that may be purchased. Pink Ribbons assumes no responsibility for lost, late or misdirected or undelivered entry forms. There are no cash substitutes for the prizes.
